The Tallwood Elementary PTA is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of every student at Tallwood with curriculum based activities. In addition, we are committed to providing our teachers with a strong volunteer base to support their efforts in the classroom.

Provided by the
Tallwood Elementary PTA

Provide many instructional programs and assemblies.

Defray a portion of each field trip expense for each child.

Particpate in the Cultural Arts Reflections Program sponsored by the National PTA.

Host our annual Holiday Breakfast to celebrate the holiday season.

Participate in the Wee Deliver Program sponsored by the U.S. Postal System.

Host Family Fun Night, Dance, and Pizza Party for the entire Tallwood family..

Participate in a unique international partnership with our sister school, Minami Miyazaki Elementary School, in Miyazaki, Japan. The partnership in is cooperation with the Official Partnership established by the City of Virginia Beach and Miyazaki, Japan.
