Every
student at Tallwood Elementary School, Pre-school through Grade
5, participates in a general music class once a week. Students
in grades 4 and 5 learn beginning
recorder. Chorus and beginning
strings instruction are available to fifth grade
students in addition to their general music class. The
Tallwood Elementary School Chorus
performs for many school and community functions during the
school year.
Tallwood Elementary is very proud of the large number of
students who take a music elective when they go on to middle
school.
